MessageMr. Speaker,

We do not believe elections are necessary at this time. We believe that we can stop this War within the confines of the Presidum, by changing the government if necessary.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I agree with the Monotheist Brotherhood. We don't need to call elections to replace the government. First of all, this bill itself needs 300 seats to be passed. Just as easily, with 300 seats, the government can be replaced without calling a general election.

The LIP needs to understand Lodamun's politics, and understand the difference between the Presidium and the government. The Presidium elects the government. We don't need the Presidium to dissolve itself to have a new government.

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law.
