MessageYes Mr. Sota Shin Hikaru Katashi of the Health Department. I entirely see your proposal. All the hospitals can't be ran by just the state. I see that we need to resurface from the ground up and allow Private Owned medical centers to open up, but is regulated heavily by the Department of Health and the F.B.I.
