| The fiscal plan for the next five years. We see modest cuts in Foreign Affairs, Internal Affairs, Justice and Health because internal bureaucratic reforms and to coming Alliance policy changes. Defense spending is raised slightly to focus on research and development of new technologies and new funding for the F-45 fighter jet being developed jointly by Zardugal and Cobura. Industry and Agriculture are being cut because of removal of government subsidies in this sector, farm subsides to local governments will be less and local governments will need to collect more if they wish to continue current policies. |
