MessageMr. Speaker,

We cannot support any legislation that fully privatizes our railways. We feel the government should at least have a small stake in the railways through the operation of a government owned TOC; that is where the Commonwealth Transportation Company or Comtrac comes into play.

UPR Congressional Leader

MessageMr. Speaker,

The Commonwealth Transportation company could still be serving Rutania as the largest Railway, it will just be privatized.
