Current: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
Proposed: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.

Message | I would understand forcing them to do military or civil service,if the government was paying for college education.Unfortunately since my higher end bill won't pass,students are forced to pay out of pocket.If we want them to do mandatory service,then we should give them free education. |
