Message | Mr. Speaker. We are utterly AGAINST the weakening of our state security. Is the FSJ not aware that the terra is not full of GOOD, HAPPY people that agree with everything. As well as our history with the HLF this will greatly increase thier strength. We should expect constant terror attacks whilst they laugh at the Leadership. Raven Valentinn Leader of the DRP |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Having and using weapons of mass destruction will not make us stronger. Only diplomacy and wise military engagement will achieve this. James Powers, Minister of Defence |

Message | Mr. Speaker, might I point out that diplomacy is a weak argument when you've got a gun pointed at you. We have no idea what this administration is getting to, but we utterly believe that this nation is getting sabotaged from within. We are starting to believe that this government has been put in place with help from abroad, in order to weaken our nation so that another nation could invade and overthrow us. We cannot accept further weakening of our military and political system without being given a fair and solid reason by the Minister of Defence. Jonathan Geel LNC spokesman |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The defence ministers argument is as weak as our military will be at the end of these reforms. I agree with the LNC, this concentration on disarming Lodamun is alarming. I vow to this Presidium that when we are in government and we will be, we will double military spending and upkeep to protect our people. Our peoples lives are important to the DRP. We urge the government to concentrate on making our citizens lives BETTER instead of cutting jobs etc. The amount of job loses due to these reforms is bound to infuriated the core of Lodamun. Message | Mr. Jonathan Geel, Your accusations of treachery are absurd and without merit. We will continue to maintain a strong defense force that is more then adequate to defend our great nation from its enemies. We suggest Mr. Geel consider the impact his statements might have on more reactionary members of the population. President Brower |

Message | Mr. President, respectfully I ask you what impact the legislative changes will have on our nation. We do not have to worry about the reaction of our own just yet, but the saftey of our own is at stake here. Jonathan Geel |

Message | Mr. Speaker, MPs should be reminded that they should address you, the Speaker, and not each other. Jonathan Geel and the President are both breaking parliamentary protocol by addressing each other directly. -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
