Message | Mr. Speaker, This is a form of slavery on the citizens of Rutania. The draft is unconstitutional in violation of the Involuntary clause of the 13th Amendment (OOC). ---The CWFP |

Message | Ooc: involuntary servitude does not include the draft ( look up "selective draft law cases" it of the supream court desision that the 13th amendment is not broken by the draft. It has a Wikipedia page). Ooc: plus this is rutainia, not America. In order to call something "unconstitutional" it would have to violate the rutainian constitution. |

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election. |
