Description[?]:

The Senate of the Republic of Solentia condemns the aggression of Karfuristan and demands the country cease their program of aggression against the Republic of Solentia, the ***removal*** and end to Operation Southern Advance and similar operations.

SEC I.

This resolution mandates the creation of Operation Golden Eagle, a program under the Ministry of War utilizing nuclear weapons to deter Karfuristan aggression and be capable of crippling and decapitating the Karfuristan military.

SEC. II

Article 1 authorizes the Ministry of War of the Republic once again the right to develop, construct and store nuclear weapons. This bill orders the Ministry of War to:

1 ) Recondition, salvage and place back into operation all nuclear weapons that may still be held in storage or obtainable and mandates the Ministry to recondition all decommissioned missile silos and mobile missile launchers.

2) Begin construction on tactical short-range and tactical medium-range ballistic nuclear missiles immediately and begin production on long-range intercontinental ballistic nuclear missiles within one year following passage of this bill.

3) The creation of a new generation of mobile missile launchers easily deployed at varying places back from the border with Karfuristan, the creation of phony missile silos and launch vehicles to confuse enemy strikes.

SEC. III

Article 2 authorizes the Ministry of War of the Republic to:

1) Use nuclear weapons in tactical strikes against all non-civilian areas. For the purpose of this resolution those areas include any and all military defenses, missile launch sites, airfields and military bases, military troops, naval fleets and docks, centers of command-and-control, and any and all target deemed military-oriented by the Ministry of War.

2) The Ministry of War is tasked with the goal of a first-strike, simultaneous launch against Karfuristan. All missiles firing and hitting their intended target inhibiting or destroying Karfuristan's ability to respond.
