Description[?]:

(1) This bill authorizes the Federal Government to purchase all of the domestically produce crude oil off of the market to be used as a monetary standard to stabilize the national currency.

(2) The law will stipulate that for every ounce of crude oil in the government's possession, ONLY 20 RUT will be printed to strengthen the Dollar and foster investment.

(3) Government scientists will freeze or solidify the oil into "Oil Bars" or "Oil bullion" to be store in the vault at Ft. Knox (OOC: Rutania's version);

(4) Since there will be no oil in the market for energy consumption, the economy will shift to a 100% Renewable energy policy overnight.

We must remind the CWF that Rutania is not an oil producing nation, nor do we have "dollars" that need to be strengthened, considering the Ruta is a reserve currency.
