| As many (hopefully all of you) know that the last time Rutania had it's cultural protocols updated was over 600 years ago, (See here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=379741 ). Upon the approval of Rutania's veteran player (Afro/UPR) I am launching a discussion about the cultural identity of Rutania. Please fell free to speak your mind and provide some evidence (i.e. An event or something your party supports) to support your suggestion. I would like for the first time, to include language to the protocols. |
