Dear Mr. Speaker, Let The Capitalist Working Families thank the body for passing the 20% tax cut that gives needed economic relief to the people. However, the budget is unbalanced and we are running a deficit. Therefore, we submit this bill that balances the Federal Budget in order to increase the INVESTMENT component of GDP further. Everytime the Government borrows 1 RUT from the economy, that is 1 RUT less that the people and small businesses have to borrow to buy a house, car, or expansion of their business. Therefore, it is urgent that we balance the Federal Budget. --The CWFP |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, This budget pays for the 20% Tax cut that the Rutanian Federalist Party agreed to earlier. How can they support a massive tax cut by BORROWING to cover a deficit of nearly 18 Trillion RUT.
