The Princeps Senatus declares that the following shall be carried out by the executive, pending the approval of the Imperator:

1. Selucian forces are authorized to mount a rescue operation on the Baolorn refugee camp in Pontesi, codenamed Operation "Mamors Ultor";
2. Selucian forces are to bring all refugees in Baolorn to Selucia;
3. Rescued refugees are to be granted Selucian citizenship upon their renouncing Pontesian or other citizenship;
4. All Pontesian refugees held in captivity by Eilomax or other slavers shall be ransomed immediately and brought to Selucia, where they shall receive the same treatment as in Article 3 above.
