The New Liberal Party feels that chemical and biological weapons should not be used in any warfare. Using them only means that other nations may use them on us, and they offer no protection that conventional weapons cannot offer. This bill also proposes Instead of basing our citizenship on race/gender/religion, we feel every national of Solentia should be given citizenship.
