Message | In the interest of not causing any more embarrassment, disorder, or stress upon the Republic in a period of rebuilding and transition, we resolve simply to nullify the powers of the existing President until a legitimate one can be elected. John Loring National Chairman Senator, Orame |
Date | 00:30:19, April 21, 2015 CET | From | Coalition for National Unity [CNU] | To | Debating the Senate Resolution on the Nullification of President Kaiser Chann |
Message | "The SUN have betrayed the Restorationist cause and put their petty political vendetta ahead of the true goal of recreating the Old Republic. We are disappointed. We remind the Senate that Executive Orders, according to the Supreme Presidential Powers Clarification Act, do not require Senate approval and therefore a NO vote would be without use nor ornament." Brock Ryaine, Unionist Leader |
Date | 02:38:11, April 21, 2015 CET | From | Chann National Party (CNP) | To | Debating the Senate Resolution on the Nullification of President Kaiser Chann |
Message | The SUN have an utter lack of understanding of existing laws, as this proposal and the impeachment proposal are both null and void. |

Message | And we also state on the record that according to the SPPCA, it takes a 2/3 vote. In addition, resolutions that encroach on the separation of powers made by the Senate would also require a 2/3 votes - which means 350 votes. SUN coalition, you only have 298 - less than 2/3. Null and void as we said. |

Message | Executive Order XIII was voted down by the Senate and is not being executed by this government. The office of Supreme President and the old Republic were eliminated by the coalition of SDP/ROS/LPS through Constitutional reforms. Otherwise, there wouldn't be such an aggressive push to reinstate those archaic laws. |
Date | 21:04:28, April 21, 2015 CET | From | Coalition for National Unity [CNU] | To | Debating the Senate Resolution on the Nullification of President Kaiser Chann |
Message | "The SPPCA is still in effect and has not been revoked. Therefore Executive Orders do not require Senate approval. The SUN may wish to selectively pick and choose which legislation to follow and which to flaunt however their attempts to hold the Unionists to ransom over restoration have proven to be an utter failure." Brock Ryaine, Unionist Leader |

Message | Our party sees a lot of inconsistency in the SUN's rhetoric. Their whole philosophy promotes trusting government to do the right thing and control peoples' lives. Kaiser Chann handled the situation in a way that is an over excessive execution of power. The SUN should like that. The SUN only want this because they don't have the Presidency. They are jealous, power hungry, and corrupt. We agree with them in that the head of state needs limited powers. We just don't think they want it for the right reasons. ~Donald Bing |
