Message | Mr/Madam Chairman, I believe the text of the resolution clearly refers to the event as an "attempted assassination" in the first line, and regardless such an event deserves an investigation, unless of course SUN feels uncomfortable with an investigation. (Not that we would really hold the comfort of any member of SUN to be anything of concern) Bernard Sanderson Vice-Chair, Democratic Socialist Party |

Message | This resolution calls for an investigation into both an attempt and an actual assassination. When the DSP makes up their mind and can draft a coherent resolution, then maybe we will be open to discussion. Until then, any crime of this magnitude is the responsibility of the Ministry of Justice. John Loring National Chairman |

Message | Mr/Madam Chairman, It's a resolution, it will not become codified law, so therefore a minor typo is the utmost ridiculous reason to not vote in favor of this essential resolution. Bernard Sanderson Vice-Chair, Democratic Socialist Party |
