Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 3837
Description[?]:
BUT if companies have a right to fire workers who have gone on strike, then the company will not negotiate in good faith with the employees for a fair wage. This bill gives Rutanian workers the right to strike and collectively bargain for a FAIR wage. Can a PENNY (representing an individual worker) FAIRLY negotiate a contract with a Dollar Bill (representing the Company that has 400X the resources of the avg. worker)??? Of course not because the terms of the Contract would be titled in favor of management. However, if 100 pennies organize into a Dollar, then it can FAIRLY negotiate a contract for labor. That is the premise of Collective Bargaining. What are your thoughts? |
