MessageOOC: Who will be the one determining the Bans? We feel that some elements in the Senate could use this new power for political matters.

MessageOOC: We agree. We feel that if a member of the coalition government, or someone with high number of seats anyway, made a personal attack, it would be brushed off, while it would be a different matter if another party with less seats or opposing views did.

MessageAny party can make the motion to censure. It is not limited to "coalition" members that can do this.
Evidence must also be presented.

OOC: The evidence that must be presented are the posts made. There can be no question on those.

Majority vote will determine censures.

MessageIf a majority vote would determine censures, then a member with a high number of seats could easially avoid censure by organizing a coalition with other like-minded parties who it isn't in their best interests for that party to be out for a day.

Smaller parties wouldn't have this option.

MessageThat would make sure that the parties that are censured deserve it. It makes the bill more appealing to the FRP.

MessageThe reason I don't like it is because it seems to be more on an IC crossing into OOC and vica versa. I just don't think we should be able to vote for bannings.
