Sponsor: Senator Nathalie Pelosi, DSP Shinatawa A bill to expand the reproductive health rights of citizens of Solentia. Be it enacted by the Senate of the Democratic Republic of Solentia that, § 1: AMENDMENTS TO THE USC: §§ A: Title III (§4) USC shall be amended to show "The government offers free contraceptives in pharmacies and public toilets." §§ B: Title VI (§11) USC shall be expanded to show "Schools have an obligation to give sexual education at some point in puberty." §§ C: Title XII (§26) USC shall be stricken and replaced with "There are no laws regarding obscene public acts." § 2: RULES AND REGULATIONS: §§ A: Funding for contraceptives shall come from the Ministry of Health's general budget. §§ B: Prescription contraceptives must be distributed by physicians free of charge to any individual over the age of 14. §§ C: In order to consent to sexual activity, an individual must be over the age of 14. §§ D: Minors under the age of 16 will be prohibited to engage in sexual contact with anyone 4 years their senior or junior. §§ E: Engaging in sexual conduct with minor under the age of 16 who is more than 4 years younger will be classified as a Statutory Rape, punishable with up to 35 years in Federal Prison. |
