| Message | Most Honorable Representatives, I believe it should be stated that Article 1, while indeed expanding abortion and opening up medical procedures of substantial risk, also provides the right of choice in regards to women who could not escape less than favorable, if not outright abusive, situations within the legally mandated amount of time. Furthermore, in regards to the second article of this act, while a cost would be applied, the benefit to Zardic Women, who would have a more open recourse to abortion, and Zardic children, a not insubstantial proportion of which would find themselves with mothers who are far more likely to actually wish them, would be immeasurable.
