| Years of fiscal mismanagement by the RDNP have resulted in nearly a trillion ZAR worth of debt being piled on so that the friends of their Party could get rich, and the tax system as a whole was completely convoluted. The ZNLP will be making the following changes to the tax system and reintroducing some taxes, on a interim basis, to help the government strike down the government debt, which when relieved, the taxes to will be relieved the savings returned to our citizens. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, The Finance Ministry has created an excellent proposal for a new tax system, though many within the DSP possess concerns. Namely, we worry that the burden being placed on the lower income brackets (>15,000 and >25,000) is a little heavy. Perhaps a slightly higher request of corporations could remedy this? |
