Mr Spreker, This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3058">Free Trade League</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. Fair trade offers vast economic benefits to our nation and this bill will assist in our foreign relations.
