Description[?]:
Mr Spreker, The Farmers Party would like to move to abolish the ridiculous practice of land redistribution. Farm size should be regulated but the seizing and redistribution of private property is an outrages violation of the civil liberties of citizens. Local governments can enforce basic regulations on farm size. This bill, along with the proposed action, prohibits the local governments from imposing a redistribution regulation on farm size. Other regulation is permitted. George Bezuidenhout Farmers Party Candidate for Minister of Food and Agriculture |
