MessageMr. Speaker,

The political parties of Rutania should never take public funds and tax dollars to finance a campign that they might not even support. With our current law people get to decide wether they want to give financial support and to which party it goes to. Your reform would completley reverse that.

If candidates don't receive public funds, ONLY wealthy and rich candidates and monied interests will win elections. We don't care if rich people use their own money to finance a campaign, just give poor candidates a FIGHTING CHANCE to seek office.
