This bill stipulates that for every 1 RUT that a political candidate raises in the private sector, the Governments gives him/her 6 RUTs in public matching funds so that working class Rutanians can afford to run for public office. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The political parties of Rutania should never take public funds and tax dollars to finance a campign that they might not even support.
