As the "Supreme Presidential Power Clarification Act 2786" states,

"Article 9 ~ This Act can be overturned by a 2/3rds majority of the Senate voting in the affirmative in a vote specifically designed to remove it."

Therefore, we are indeed proposing to overturn this awful bill. It allows various powers to the executive department, and that implies centralized power. That is the most forceful attack on equality and freedom in Solentia. Conservative parties like the Lib Dems and the GMS should accept this because a centralized government leads to a planned economy. Liberal parties like the Greens and the Blocks should accept this because a powerful executive leads to exploitation of the weak and defenseless and inequality.

If this passes with 2/3's, I would like to note that any future executive that uses the powers in the Clarification Act shall resign immediately. This is an outdated and unnecessary legislative piece that shall be eliminated as soon as possible.

This requires 284 votes for a 2/3's majority.

MessageIf you use powers that aren't allocated to you, you are misusing your power. Politicians are the only people who need more restrictions.

I thank you for that change of view, I am pleased that you have become more well read in the laws of the land. However you have not answered my question- who would enforce this law without a police force?"

MessageWhen we impeached a President for unlawfully using the powers contained in this act, the APS sat aside and did nothing. This has more to do with an ongoing feud APS seems to have with certain political parties.

MessageWe would also like to underline that the SPPCA was overturned many years ago and attempts like this only give fuel to the Unionist's bizarre claim that this law is still in existence.
