Message | Mr speaker We vote against solely for article 3, we would also like to add that different actions can be put on different pages. ( like how Stephen Douglas got the Compromise of 1850 passed) |

Message | Mr. Speaker, This bill will NOT re-introduce freedom. Instead it will subject LITTLE CHILDREN to school bullying because they may be raised by a homosexual couple. Now, we STRONGLY defend EQUAL rights of individual gay citizens, but allowing them the right to marry is a SPECIAL right because there is absolutely NO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE that two gay people can have a biological child. Moreover, no scientist has discovered a "gay gene" like Black people have genes that code for dark skinned and kinky hair. Under current law, gay citizens DO have a right to marry. I mean, what is wrong with a GAY MAN marrying a LESBIAN woman?! If the man wants to be the "bride" and walk down the aisle and the woman wants to be the "groom" and stand by the priest/minister/rabbi, that is perfectly fine because then those 2 gay people CAN have a biological child and we support that marriage. --Ebony Kerr-Percy Minister of Education and Culture |

Message | Mr. Speaker, It is a shame that a Bill only passed so recently is now being repealed. This shows where the RDP and the DWUP have placed their priorities. Even a party like mine, would not consider a Bill that dealt with gay rights to be of primary importance, had we been in their position - but it shows that these parties are so desperate to be pro-gay rights, that they are prepared to allow people to have sex in the street. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Equality is of our most importance and we wish to uphold that right to everyone including, Gays, Minorities and Women who have in the past been severley oppressed. What is a shame is that the the Conservatives and the CWF proposed a bill that scaled back the rights that gays have had for several centuries to Rutania. As for the CWF, since the government has allowed gays to marry and adopt for several centuries there is no longer oppression against gays or homophobia in society in general. (OOC: Please stop comparing this to the U.S., if we were to compare this bill would be equal to scaling back the rights of minorities, which would be crazy). Sarah Eibenschütz Prime Minister |

Message | Mr. Speaker, It was our intention to scale back these rights. We are open and honest about that. However, can the RDP or the DWUP say why they think they should allow people to have sex in public in full view of everyone? |

Message | OOC: RDP, when did we compare this bill to America??? We made no such comparison. We were talking about gay marriage in general in the Commonwealth of Rutania. |
