Message | Mr. Speaker, We thought that the RDP was the Rutanian DEMOCRATIC Party in which they say on their platform that they STRONGLY support the rights of workers to ORGANIZE into unions and collectively bargain??? Here is what the RDP said in their words: "We believe that the RIGHTS of workers of the lower and middle classes need to be protected as well, through LABOUR UNIONS that the government does not interfere in."--RDP cf. http://classic.particracy.net/viewparty.php?partyid=22775 Thus, if this bill is enacted, there will be an economic Civil War between provinces where businesses with leave Delvar to go to Ardina who has WEAK labor protections. On the issue of Union Rights, it is NOT a provincial issue but should be a UNIFORM standard because that is a right of HUMANITY: to COLLECTIVELY BARGAIN with their employer in the Free Market. ---Nicole A. Legrottaglie, Esq. Minister of Justice |
