This bill simply says that since workers in Rutania have a RIGHT to organize and collectively bargain for a JUST wage via unions, a minimum wage set by the DICTATORIAL regime of the Federal Government is NOT necessary since Unions are automatically bargaining for high wages and employers need government approval before striking workers can be fired. ---Nicole A.
