This bill reforms our nation's broken immigration system by stipulating the following: (1) The Federal Government authorizes the construction of a STEEL fence on our National border installed with military personnel to SECURE the border and prevent illegal immigrants from crossing into the border ILLEGALLY. (2) The Federal Government installs an IMMIGRATION PORT in the middle of the border so that if immigrants from other nations wish to become citizens of our great nation and thereby contribute their hard work, productivity, and ingenuity, all they have to do is the following: (a) Pass a PUBLIC HEALTH Background Check; (b) Pass a CRIMINAL Background Check; (c ) Pass a Proficiency Exam in English and Rutanian History; (3) For the 11 Million ILLEGAL immigrants that are currently residing in our nation, the Government actively searches them out, makes them pay a 50 RUT fine and/or PENALTY for breaking our laws in crossing the border illegally which will give our government 550 Million RUT in surplus revenue, and puts them into integration centers where they pass a PUBLIC HEALTH background check, CRIMINAL background check, and a proficiency exam in English and Rutanian History; After this is completed, they are awarded citizenship. --Nicole A.
