Bill: Eminent Domain Review

Details

Submitted by[?]: Majatran Socialist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2170

Description[?]:

If the government needs to seize private property for vital works, we should not waste time having court approval. The government should not have to pay! Remember, all seizures shall be for the public good and this should be compensation enough for the patriotic citizen. Besides, we barely have private property these days so it makes little difference.
