An act to legalize party paramilitary forces to be regulated by the Minister of Internal Affairs. Each party that chooses to establish a paramilitary force will have its size capped at 13,000 in peacetime and 25,000 in war time. Policing and law enforcement duties are restricted to protecting party sites, party members and events. State and local officials, may in times of declared emergency call party paramilitary forces into service to augment their own services. Possession of heavy weapons, tanks and other such weapons is prohibited without joint approval from the Defense Minister and the Interior Minister. |
