| Dear Distinguished Members of the Parliament: (1) Our President, Keith Bell, and the Madame Prime Minister have proposed a "modest tax reform" proposal to alleviate the economic stagnation and deep poverty in areas of Rutania such as Kragusrov where the unemployment rate is an ABOMINABLE ***9.30%***, or almost 10%: cf. http://classic.particracy.net/ranking.php?limit=100000&topic=regionsbyunemployment (2) However, their "investment program" has WORSENED the economic situation because remember that the INVESTMENT component of our GDP was ***14.66%***. After their expansive government spending policies, the investment component of GDP is now ***14.49%***, or 12 percentage points LESS and the GOVERNMENT portion of GDP has increased to an abominable ***11%***. In other words, we were RIGHT because the increased Government spending CROWDED OUT the private-sector investment and resulted in a net LOSS of PRIVATE-sector Unionized jobs. (a) The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) ***BEFORE*** the "Democratic Investment Program": Consumption 204,332,313,433 RUT 75.47% Government 26,698,300,000 RUT 9.86% ***INVESTMENT 39,701,354,587 RUT ***14.66%*** Net Exports 0 RUT 0.00% GDP 270,731,968,020 RUT 100.00% (b) The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) ***AFTER*** the "Democratic Investment Program": Consumption 216,838,790,113 RUT 74.51% Government 32,004,000,000 RUT 11.00% INVESTMENT 42,160,694,489 RUT ***14.49%*** Net Exports 0 RUT 0.00% GDP 291,003,484,602 RUT 100.00% (c ) SOURCE: cf. http://classic.particracy.net/budget.php?nationid=6 (d ) SOURCE: cf. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crowding_out_(economics) (3) Therefore, the Capitalist Working Families Party proposes to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania and thereby alleviate the deep-pockets of poverty in Kragusrov at 10%, and has submitted a budget periodically that BALANCES the National budget to pay for the tax cut to give economic relief to millions of Rutanian families. We propose the following: (a) An EQUAL tax of 10% for all economic classes. Even in our Holy Book, Malachi 3:10, God ONLY asks for 10%. Should Government asks for MORE??? [NOTE: That is NOT to instigate a "religious debate" but is only be used to make a point]; (b) A RE-patriation of Government funds from Healthcare and education to the INFRASTRUCTURE Department so that the National Government can invest in vital government construction projections to put Rutanians BACK-TO-WORK!!! (4) Notice that PRODUCTION & INVESTMENT (which creates jobs for Rutanians) is a measly ***14.49%***, or LOWER than it was BEFORE the "Democratic Investment Program." (a ) Thus, we feel that if we AGGRESSIVELY lower the income taxes on production and slash government spending by 2/3rds, we can bolster the INVESTMENT component of GDP by RE-directing that bloated "11%" of the Government Portion of the GDP. (b) Their are NO JOBS in Rutania and our people are suffering. We as their elected representatives must make a bold decision to increase investment and productivity over a bloated Government bureaucracy. (5) In conclusion, we have submitted a budget that REDUCES the size and scope of the National Government by about ***63%*** (or 62.5%) with 50% of the budget going into DIRECT infrastructure projects to put Rutanians BACK TO WORK!!! In fact, out budget INCREASES the infrastructure spending by ***60%*** more than the RDP's budget at a measly "4 Trillion." In other words, our budget puts 10 Trillion into infrastructure spending. In order to save costs, we believe that the Head of Government and the Justice Department should work for a symbolic salary of "1 RUT" since they are PUBLIC SERVANTS. --Peter D. | Message | Horrible. excuse me, but this is bullshit, and I am going to call it exactly what it is, bullshit. how are you going to give people a fair trial when you destroy the department of justice. you destroy the healthcare, education, agriculture and environment departement. This budget is not acceptable. I demand the immediate resignation of the CWF and I faile to see how a GDP increased by 21 000 000 000 is bad for the economy. which CWF main argument. Mr Speaker.
