| Message | Mr. Speaker, If a group of people are simply CALLING for the "public execution of adulterers," that is NOT a crime so as long as those individuals do NOT initiate FORCE and/or violence against those adulterers. We do support HATE CRIMES' legislation in which a crime is lodged on a person on the basis of race, sex, religion, or sexual orientation.
