Dear Distinguished Members of the Parliament: (1) As many of you know, former President Keith Bell presented his "Democratic Investment Program" to jumpstart the INVESTMENT component of GDP and thereby relieve the DEEP-pockets of poverty in Kragusrov, in which the unemployment is an unbelievable ***9.30%*** (close to 10%). cf. http://classic.particracy.net/ranking.php?limit=100000&topic=regionsbyunemployment (2) However, their "investment program" has WORSENED the economic situation because remember that the INVESTMENT component of our GDP was ***14.66%***. After their expansive government spending policies, the investment component of GDP is now ***14.49%***, or 12 percentage points LESS and the GOVERNMENT portion of GDP has increased to an abominable ***11%***. In other words, we were RIGHT because the increased Government spending CROWDED OUT the private-sector investment and resulted in a net LOSS of PRIVATE-sector Unionized jobs. (b) However, the PEOPLE of Rutania have finally SPOKEN by giving the CWFP its LARGEST percentage gain in the legislature at ***30.81%***, or 115 extra seats. Therefore, the PEOPLE of Rutania WANTS our aggressive economic agenda to bolster the INVESTMENT component of GDP and sharply REDUCE the size and scope of the Government in order to create PRIVATE-sector UNIONIZED Job growth. (c ) The Recent elections results are posted in the following News article of the Commonwealth of Rutania Daily Newspaper: cf. http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=464320&nation=6 (4) Therefore, the Capitalist Working Families Party proposes to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania and thereby alleviate the deep-pockets of poverty in Kragusrov at ~10%, and will submit a budget ***periodically* that BALANCES the National budget to pay for the tax cut to give economic relief to millions of Rutanian families. We propose the following: (a) An EQUAL tax of 10% for all economic classes and the elimination of the BOTTOM bracket so that the poorest of citizens do NOT have to pay any income taxes. Even in our Holy Book, Malachi 3:10, God ONLY asks for 10%. Should Government asks for MORE??? [NOTE: That is NOT to instigate a "religious debate" but is only be used to make a point]; (5) Notice that PRODUCTION & INVESTMENT (which creates jobs for Rutanians) is a measly ***14.49%***, or LOWER than it was BEFORE the "Democratic Investment Program." (a) Thus, we KNOW that if we AGGRESSIVELY lower the income taxes on PRODUCTION and slash government spending by 2/3rds, we can bolster the INVESTMENT component of GDP by RE-directing that bloated "11%" of the Government Portion of the GDP. (b) Their are NO JOBS in Rutania and our people are suffering. We as their elected representatives must make a bold decision to increase investment and productivity over a bloated Government bureaucracy. REMEMBER, the PEOPLE spoke in the election and gave the Capitalist WORKING FAMILIES Party its LARGEST percentage gain in the party's history at ***30.81%***, or an extra 115 seats in the National Legislature. The people actually favoured a party that supports further government investment (The FON). | Message | OOC So, please, when you argue that investment has been reduced by government intervention, bring me a exemple, not pure lies. you could argue that : our investors are scared by possible governments intervention has investment has passed from 45 000 000 000 to 42 000 000 000, a proof that intervention destroy the economy. | Message | OOC: Friends of nature, I am NOT lying. The increase in expenditures was a result of INFLATION in the economy due to the doubling of the SIZE of the Government. However, you have to look at the PERCENTAGES in which the investment component as a PERCENTAGE of GDP is LOWER than the Government's PERCENTAGE of GDP. This is NOT lies or trickery but the increases you are referring to is ONLY larger because of INFLATION which is defined by economists as "An EXPANSION of the Money Supply!!!," which occurred in this case. , |
