MessageMr. Speaker,

We hope that parties realize that with a uniform system of courts, they will all be controlled by the federal government and you will not be able to appeal the decision in another court, the decision would be final. We thought the CWF supported federalism, rather than the local government being abused by the federal court system. I guess they were just playing politics....

MessageMr Speaker.

We don't understand, the CWF gives all power to the local government but give the justice to the federal government, with the intention to servely cut in the ability of court to delivers justice.

Mr. Speaker, where is the sense in all this, does the CWF want to encourage vigilantes ? That would be another sign of the fact that our government is non-fonctionning.

RDP,

This bill does NOT take away the right to appeal to a higher court. It just creates courts ACROSS the nation to hear matters and cases concerning NATIONAL law. Obviously, Local governments have a RIGHT to establish "Provincial courts," but we are dealing with FEDERAL courts ONLY.

In fact, we drafted legislation to allow local governments to establish their OWN form of government instead of a "Federal Mandate."

MessageCWF' you are being completly delusional, this create a uniform system of courts, meaning that all courts will belong to the same system, there will no locals courts, only federals,

What you seek for is
There are regional courts that have jurisdiction over questions of regional law and national courts that have jurisdiction over questions of national law.
