We don't understand, the CWF gives all power to the local government but give the justice to the federal government, with the intention to servely cut in the ability of court to delivers justice. | Message | RDP, This bill does NOT take away the right to appeal to a higher court. It just creates courts ACROSS the nation to hear matters and cases concerning NATIONAL law. Obviously, Local governments have a RIGHT to establish "Provincial courts," but we are dealing with FEDERAL courts ONLY.
