| Message | Mr. Speaker Recognizing that diplomatic relations between our government and other nations have deteriorated, Compulsory military service is needed. With compulsory military services comes with the training of our nation's youth after they have completed schooling. If war were to break out in Terra, the nation will need reservists and conscripts. Once they have completed their term in the military or a civil nation service, they will be registered as an official reservist of the Trigunian Armed Forces and will be called up for service during times of war.
