MessageOOC: Why? We already changed the flag. Everyone supported it, it was something we all agreed on - it doesn't need changing. Your proposal, quite frankly, is awful. Its a rip-off from the Roman Empire (the link also makes that blatantly obvious). Its so much of a rip-off that it probably violates the game's flag rules anyway. If you're trying to replicate the Roman Empire then I'll direct you to Selucia....
