| The Honorable Prime Minister made his intentions clear when he delivered his opening address to Parliament, he wants nothing less than a complete rebirth of Beluzian national identity and economic power. This will of course require extensive adjustment to federal policy in all areas of government, from the specific and technical details of our welfare programs to issues like our national flag, anthem, and cultural affairs. I am here to ask Parliament to redesign the national flag. An image long held as a beacon of our Socialist past, it is this governments opinion that it is time to do away with our current flag completely and start anew. We propose the following flag as the new national image. Ten stars, two for each state, encircling an olive branch, symbol of our prosperity and current state of peace, and at the center a fleur elise, a blooming flower, representative of ambition, growth, and future prosperity.
