Higher education should be free for all, including foreigners who wish to study in Saridan and move here pernmamently afterwards. Old value:: The government subsidizes higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs.
Current: The government fully subsidizes tuition.
