Mr Spreker,

The Lindenist Union is convinced that access to free education is a fundamental human right that should be protected at all cost. Higher education should be free for all, including foreigners who wish to study in Saridan and move here pernmamently afterwards. We have created this bill with the glory of our nation in mind, Saridan needs young and brilliant citizens to help us pursue technologic growth.

I do not see anything reckless in giving everyone an equal chance of succeeding in life and climbing the social ladder, may Chairman Van Heller enlight me what is so reckless in this bill?
