Bill: The Social-Chann Cabinet

Details

Submitted by[?]: Solentia Peoples' Party (SPP)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 3926

Description[?]:

I have tried to talk with the NCA, however we were unable to agree so this proposal gives the Chann and SPP the ministers they want and the Socialists with all the others! Hopefully this bill will be agreed on, so the need for a re-election is unneeded! It will also ensure Solentia has a proper government instead of a Anarchist Government!

-Billy Buck (SPP Leader)

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.

Random quote: "A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It's a proof. A proof is a proof. And when you have a good proof, it's because it's proven." - Jean Chretien (describing the level of proof about weapons of mass destruction that Canada required to join the Iraq War)
