MessageOOC- if you read it, then you understand that >40,000 means greater than 40,000. It means that greater than 40,000, people are taxed at 22%. Someone making 10,000 isn't taxed because 10,000 is less than 40,000. I've done the math on this, and I know how it works. For the way gobb says to be correct, then it would mean that anything above the top bracket is taxed at 0. SPP is correct.
