MessageMr. Speaker,
I have decided to take this step by step with this bill.

Article 2.
Mr. Speaker, Article 2 is ridiculous! It is utter stupid if i should point it out! On a Voluntary basis!? Mr Speaker, Let's make a scenario, something happens in Petrovgrad, let's so a terrorist attack and some hundreds of people. Since the police cannot register all 99 million citizens of Trigunia on a data base because it is likely to crash, we have ID cards. Let's say that the police needs to identify a person, let's call him Yuri. Because this bill was based, Yuri said that he wasn't going to get his ID card because it was a waste of his time since he hand other things to do. Since Yuri did not have his ID because it was issued on a voluntary basis, the police could not identify him. During times like that you would want to know if your family member(s) are among the slaughtered. Mr, Speaker we issue ID cards on a compulsory basis because they are used to identify someone.

Article 3
Mr. Speaker, The crimes of rape, torture, treason, kidnapping, murder, larceny, and perjury pivot on a moral code that escapes apoplectic [indisputably true] proof by expert testimony or otherwise. But communities would plunge into anarchy if they could not act on moral assumptions less certain than that the sun will rise in the east and set in the west. Abolitionists may contend that the death penalty is inherently immoral because governments should never take human life, no matter what the provocation. But that is an article of faith, not of fact. The death penalty honors human dignity by treating the defendant as a free moral actor able to control his own destiny for good or for ill; it does not treat him as an animal with no moral sense.

Mr. Speaker, All other articles, we will stand with the Socialist Party, but Article 3 & 4 we cannot tolerate.

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset.
