The DLP:

RECOGNISING the fundamental importance of private, charter and religious schools throughout Davostan;

ACKNOWLEDGING the need for fiscal austerity and the recent cuts proposed (and likely to pass) due to the 500 Budget;

UNDERSTANDING the need for all forms of government to remove itself from involvement in education;

ENCOURAGED by the prospects of establishing a stronger private education system;

HEREBY proposes the Education Liberalisation Act, with the following proposals:
