The brave Hosians who died at the hands of the lions died forgiving the pagans who subjected them to such a cruel end. | Message | Mr Speaker, Hosians are peaceful and loving people who are resilient. Lions are our national animal, they symbolise us. If the Hosian community (of which all but 2 of our cabinet members, and 159 of our senators are) is upset at a practise banned nearly 1,000 years ago, they really seem too insensitive.
