If we - humans - as a race are so backwards that we must rely on the pointiest stick to ensure peace, then we deserve to be annihilated. We, the Confederates propose a complete disarmament of all nuclear weapons in Beluzia and would encourage the rest of the world to follow or not at their own risk. Instead of ensuring both sides will be destroyed in the result of a nuclear conflict, how about let's ensure that we are not the cause of further genocide. Fellow comrades, let us not fool ourselves in thinking that a nuclear weapon will protect us in the result of an attack. Let us not be fooled that arming ourselves will not propel our enemies to arm themselves in response. Let us not fight genocide with genocide. |
