| The Party of Socialism and Liberation proposes lifting restrictions on firearms that are biased towards the oppressed people's of this country. The PSL recognized that criminal background checks are bias and systematically racist. And that mental health checks to be ableist in nature. The PSL calls for the legality of all adults to own and posses a firearm regardless of their history with the bourgeois state and the for-profit mental instituions. |
