| Hosted by the Chann Government in the Chann Palace Dear World Leaders who have been invited to this summit. As you know, we entered Kafuristan in 3930 when the Ahmadist government had left it in shambles nearly a century ago. Since our arrival, Ahmadist extremists have sought to hijack the progress we have won for Women and Homosexuals and for the Economy and Stability of Kafuristan. It has now come to my attention that the Dorvish Republic has mobilized its forces - a nation which has sent armed forces into numerous other countries under its current leadership (READ: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=353&start=340) The PURPOSE of this Summit is to discuss our options going forward. |

| Message | 30,000 DORVISH-KAFURIS AND EXPATS COME IN DROVES TO SEE HIGH CHANCELLOR, CHANT "LUDOLF WENT LOO LOO" MIYATAH, NEKKAH - The High Chancellor this week has been travelling throughout the Province of Nekkah, which is home to a large concentration of Dorvish expatriates and Dorvish-Kafuris. The reception by Dorvish-Kafuris was ear-deafening - given the High Chancellor and the Chann Government's elevation of minorities to full equality in Kafuristan since entering the void left behind by the oppressive Ahmadist regimes. The Dorvish people were for all intents and purposes forced to keep their Hosian Faith a secret as they feared the Ahmadist extremists government would take coercive action - sometimes involving torture. But since the Chann Liberation and the desecration of the State Sponsor of Ahmadist Extremism, the Dorvish people have since built hundreds of churches, many bearing plaques of thanks to the Chann family - whom they regard as liberators. The High Chancellor was greeted by Alfred Bohm, a retired former Dorvish military general who had immigrated here to join his son and wife - who had left Dorvik shortly after the birth of their son. With Mr. Bohm were Hosian church leaders Immanuel Kont and Gretchen Karzenseitsen and community leaders from the various surrounding towns and villages with high percentages of Dorvish people. Excerpt of Speech: "Good people of Kafuristan. I come here to again reaffirm the Chann Government's stance. Minorities of all races, religions, skin color, and nationality and sexual orientation have an equal place here in Kafuristan and no longer shall live under the iron boot of Ahmadist Extremist Oppression. [Applause]. But alas, the Dorvish Republic, unprovoked, have turned back centuries of good relations between Gao-Shown and Dorvish people and between Kafuristan and the Dorvish REpublic and has taken a turn for the worse. While they preach peace and stability, I fear they are mobilizing for war under the guise of the Chann Government travelling half the world to attack them. [laughter] I agree. It is insane. Quite insane, the notion that we would spend your hard earned tax dollars to send troops to attack your homeland. | Message | Sekowans, at least at the moment, are wary of direct military involvement in foreign conflicts. They prefer to avoid the risk of foreign entanglements. However, Sekowans are also Gao-Showans, and believe that Gao-Showan interests must be protected in Kafuristan. Kafuristan should be a place where Gao-Showans, including Sekowan immigrants, can live in safety and prosperity. To this end, while the Sekowan government will not directly intervene militarily in any foreign conflict, the Sekowan people stand ready to economically support Gao-Showan interests, to pay a portion of any imports into Sekowo from Kafuristan into a special fund supporting the "protection" of Chann and Gao-Showan economic interests and population, and to encourage the travel of Sekowan ultra-nationalist pan-Gao-Showans to Kafuristan as part of a Sekowan volunteer mercenary corps. |

| Message | Herr Speakers, Those so called "Dorvish" expats, were nothing more then higher actors. Dorvik evacuated it's foreign citizens as well as advised anyone of Dorvish descent to return to Dorvik. Kafuristan has come underneath siege from foreigners, is sad to see that those who believe that the Gao-Showan people would follow the Chann pretenders. For those who seek true guidance, I advise that they seek out the illustrious Jienist in Indrala, the Indralans and Dorvish have been allies and have promoted the Gao-Showan people and defended them throughout history. Dorvik was a founding member of the International Recognition and Acceptance of the Martin Divergence however it appears that the Gao-Showan people have failed to uphold their own history. I advise the Channs stop pretending that Kafuristan is worth a pot to piss in with their military as all foreign military aid directly came from Dorvik and has ceased. The so-called Gao-Showan coalition that has formed is nothing significant militarily. Sekowo, Selucia and Kafuristan are all considered to be incredibly weak and feeble compared to the might of the Dorvish and allied militaries.
