| I. a. The name of the country shall be "Դինաստիական Համագործակցության Պոնտոսի (Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth)". I. b. This is transcribed to "Dinastiakan Hamagortsakts’ut’yan Pontosi" in Selucian letters. The nation is called "Res Publica Ponticum" in the Selucian language. II. The Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth shall be led by Julius Nerses of Clan Aedinius and his trueborn heirs. He shall lead the state as Atabeg of the Hawks for life, and be bestowed the title Duke of Pontesi. III. The official languages of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth are Selucian and Arev Mardik. Public officials and institutions must provide their services to the public in both languages. IV. No other languages may be given any official status. V. Educational institutions may teach other languages, but the main subjects bust be taught in one of these languages. VI. All citizens of Pontosi / Ponticum who do not express themselves adequately in any of these languages shall be offered free courses until satisfactory results have been achieved. These shall be compulsory for all public employees. |
