| Prologue: Banning domesticated animals from being adopted by Voronan families is no longer necessary, we should be allowing the people to adopt animals again. But we understand that this area does need some form of regulation and therefore propose that the local governments take responsibility in registering animals that have been adopted. Articles. 1) Domesticated animals can be adopted by anyone who desires a companion and if they offer proper care and protection of the animal. 2) The adopted animals are required to be registered by the local governments to ensure that we have a list of the number of animals adopted and by whom. |
