While we at the NDP appreciate and respect your proposal of a united cabinet, I'm afraid that our party is no longer in favor of such a practice. My father proposed our country's first Unity Cabinet, and it served him well, but I'm afraid that such measures would serve no benefit for the country at this time. Therefore, we will be voting against this proposal.
