| Message | Mr. Speaker, That is why we have Regional Health Authorities, who are in-charge of mediating issues within the health spectrum if the government cannot step in. It will be detritus for people to be running around to apply for an Insurance Card. Under my administration in the Collegium of Health and Social Services, Now i know that the UNF is trying to bring free healthcare to Trigunia with this Insurance based Health Service, but you have to remember. Now i have been formalizing a reform of the health system in which, changed to a mixed model of health care with private financing and provision running alongside state financing and provision. This will be achieved through compulsory medical insurance, that is where this legislation will come in. To contribute to this legislation, I believe that the card should be attached with either Pension Cards or Immunization Cards,seeing that postal services collect those said cards and send them to the government, instead of having for people to roam around the country in-search for State Health Insurance Offices.
